SINNLA CS FUNDS Limited maintains a reporting framework to ensure that concerns regarding misconduct, regulatory breaches, or unethical behaviour can be raised in a secure and confidential manner.

The purpose of this framework is to uphold integrity, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Singapore.

The reporting system is available to employees, business partners, investors, service providers, and other stakeholders. Reports may relate to conduct that may constitute:

  • Violations of applicable laws or regulatory requirements

  • Breaches of internal policies, governance standards, or ethical principles

  • Financial misconduct or fraud

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Any behaviour that may materially harm SINNLA CS Funds Singapore or its stakeholders

SINNLA CS Funds Singapore ensures strict confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting person, the individuals concerned, and the facts reported. Retaliation against any person making a report in good faith will not be tolerated.

Where required under applicable law, reports may also be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority in Singapore.
